The company is located in Winterthur, Switzerland and has 65 employees. There is a technical trial centre where pilot plants for BCF and T&I are installed. These pilot plants are used for customer trials and testing the latest state-of-art technology.

Formerly, our filament business unit was part of the Rieter Group. In December 2006, Bavaria Industriekapital AG (www.baikap.de), located in Munich, Germany, took over these activities and took on the members of staff and personnel in accordance with an asset deal. The structure of this innovative deal has enabled the various interests to be harmonised perfectly.
