Regarding BCF, SwissTex offers a complete range of components, upgrades and integrated systems in a choice of 2- or 4-end configurations for the processing of PP, PA and PES into yarns for textile floor covering and upholstery applications. The dimensions of the individual systems are designed to match the customer's requirements.

The well-known ST10 system forms part of a larger system, whereas symTTex M20 and T20 systems are designed and delivered as stand-alone units, especially for carpet producers looking for retrofitting solutions. Both plant configurations are available as monocolour (M20) and tricolour (T20) versions. The new monocolour 4-end product line, symTTex M40, is available as a stand-alone unit or as a component for a larger system.

As a standard feature, all of the SwissTex BCF machines in the range are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art texturing technology, Hptex, for the production of yarn with unique crimp characteristics. Moreover, the newly-developed HPc texturing unit is optionally available, increasing the choice for the overall system.
