The extruder product line for filament extrusion applications from SwissTex offers individual solutions for each BCF plant configuration. The core of the extruder, the screw, is made of nitriding steel and also available with anti-corrosion and abrasion-resistant coating. The design of the SwissTex extruder screw is determined individually for each project, taking into consideration the flexibility of the extrusion line both in terms of polymers and yarn counts.

The extruders from SwissTex are available for the processing of PP, PA and PES. Depending on the specific circumstances of the customer, it is possible to offer multipurpose screws, e.g. those suitable for the processing of PP and PA. Concerning the layout, special attention has been paid to service issues such as easy access to the components without the need for their removal.
