With the patented BCF Tricolour Flex technology, Tricolour yarns for sprinkle carpets can be produced in one step directly during the extrusion process. This is made possible by the innovative arrangement of the intermingling and texturing units.

The individual colours are processed simultaneously, but separately, throughout the entire process and combined in the final intermingling stage. The benefits are virtually unlimited process flexibility and carpet effects. The degree of colour separation within the yarns can be varied – from mélange to heavy sprinkle – simply by changing the process settings.

The flex technology is available for symTTex T20 and ST10 Tricolour systems processing PP and PA.
