 ST10 2-end monocolour and tricolor systems are designed to offer the highest possible flexibility (polymers and colours) and quality coupled with a potential for high-speed applications and reliability. ST10 systems have a very high degree of efficiency, reduced maintenance requirements and reduced downtimes.ST10 extrusion systems include single screw extruders designed specially for BCF applications, as well as spin beams with unique heating systems, designed to optimise heat transfer and reduce energy loss, and to keep the residence time of the polymer melt in the pipes to a minimum. Rectangular or circular (tricolour) spin packs ensure high-value yarn production, long maintenance intervals and easy operation. The take-up section of the ST10 is the well-known RIETEX 10 draw texturing machine which has hundreds of spinning positions worldwide, that have been reliably in operation for many years. For existing machines, SwissTex offers HP-Tex upgrade solutions to adjust the process to the latest state of the art in texturing technology. The ST10 is specifically designed for to be integrated into plants and applied there. |
