symTTec stands for "total symmetry". The 4-end technical symTTec system for yarn extrusion from SwissTex combines all technical and technological features to achieve a very consistent yarn quality. Its improved components and symmetrical yarn path fulfil all the requirements for highly efficient yarn-production.

Special attention is paid to the melt creation and distribution. Implementing the same geometry for each position and spin pack leads to a highly homogeneous melt distribution and single filament titer.

Furthermore, the yarn follows a very straight yarn path with only a limited number of friction points. Each piece of yarn has the same angle from the spinneret to the first contact point, thereby improving the filament cohesion. The large inlet at the draw panel and the special spin finish applicators allow a reduction of the angle and friction of filaments at the draw panel inlet.

The extrusion system is equipped with 2 winders, each with 2 ends. This offers a unique, symmetrical geometry for winding. There is no measurable difference in quality between front and rear bobbins.

The production capacity of each extrusion line will be optimised according to the customer's requirements.
