symTTex-M40

symTTex M40 machines represent the latest generation of SwissTex's BCF extrusion systems. The key features of the machine are the straight 4-end yarn path, where the friction within the process is reduced to the minimum necessary level, and the symmetrical arrangement of the spinning positions. The philosophy behind the design is to treat the individual filament bundles within the process as gently as possible and in an identical manner at each location of the machine.

Furthermore, the arrangement of the components within the draw panels leads to an extended drawing zone, which is essential for the processing of more sensitive raw materials such as PES. The symTTex M40 is equipped with the HP texturing system as standard, while the HPc texturing system is available as an option.

Due to the new design of the extrusion section, it is possible to use spinnerets with up to more than 250 holes per individual filament bundle, and this offers a very high degree of flexibility in the yarn design, as well as for low-dpf applications. These key features and more are integrated into the "4 ends per position" plant configuration, resulting in the ability to produce excellent and uniform yarn qualities at high production speeds with a low energy consumption.

symTTex M40 machines can be integrated into existing plants or delivered as frame-based designs. The highly modular nature of symTTex M40 machines is demonstrated by the unique design of the individual components, and many different configurations can be constructed. symTTex M40 machines use the full product range of PP, PA and PES yarns for carpeting and other special textile floor-covering applications.
