HP-tex yarn has a unique crimp characteristic and gives very favourable yarn-coverage properties regarding carpet construction, providing customers with a broad range of design possibilities for succeeding in a very competitive market environment.

The frictionless texturing system with its symmetrical yarn path ensures an equal and smooth treatment of each individual filament bundle, with a consistent and uniform yarn quality across the whole production plant. The optimised cooling-drum diameter ensures excellent crimp fastening. The simple design of the HP texturing unit allows for easy maintenance and cleaning of the jets without the need for dismantling.
The HP texturing system is standard for all new BCF machines from SwissTex. The HPc texturing system for monocolour applications is optionally available.

For customers who wish to improve the quality of yarn produced by their existing machines, SwissTex offers individually designed HP-Tex upgrade systems.
